Faith was incredible with my two dogs, one of which is a senior, and the other very high anxiety. Our usual sitter was on vacation during the dates I needed. I was concerned about finding someone to trust with my dogs for such a long trip; and it was a blessing to have found Faith. My dogs loved her and she left me detailed checks ins each day; she even went beyond what was asked and cleaned out the dogs’ water bowls and the hair around the house prior to our return. I booked Faith for a day of boarding so I could test leaving town without my anxious new rescue dog. From the very first messages I could tell Faith would be a good fit. She has experience with dogs that have separation anxiety and with a past history of abuse. After my dog met her I could see her relax and she was willing to get out of the car. Faith spent a lot of time asking questions about my dog’s temperament, needs, and history. She kept me updated with pictures and how my dog was doing which let me relax and know she was in good hands. When I picked my dog up, she was very relaxed and I could tell she had a great day with her new human and dog friends! I’ll definitely be booking with Faith in the future!

Very unhappy with our experience

I can say with confidence that I went above and beyond to care for your dog. Thank you for expressing your concern. We did a phone interview with you to ensure it was a good fit for both parties. The information you gave was that your dog did not have any separation anxiety and is crate trained. After I had asked, you said she was comfortable with being alone and crate trained. Prior to us leaving home, she showed no signs of distress and was only content. She was alone for less than an hour and had been very destructive in our home due to severe separation anxiety. She chewed through our blinds, leashes, and the crate we provided for her. In the interest of customer service, we didn't bill you for all of the property damage nor the 40 minute drive to take her home. We also issued the refund for her remaining days with us. Regardless of the damages, she found such a great bond with us that she preferred coming back home with us instead of returning to her own home. Please let other sitters know of her severe separation anxiety, as it's for her best interest and can prevent this from happening again.

Faith is so good with our pup. It’s so cute to see how happy our pup is when she realizes she is being dropped off in Faith’s care, it’s almost like her own little dog vacation. Our dog has been on a diet for being a little overweight so it’s great to know with Faith’s attention to detail we don’t have to worry about over feeding like we had experienced with others in the past. Faith is an excellent pet sitter and the best experience we’ve ever had. She makes it clear just from talking with her that she knows what she’s doing and she does it very well. (And she loves animals!) We had to travel for a graduation and left three kitties with her, one that has health issues. Faith accommodated to the health issues and administered medication to the cat, and made sure to keep her away from other animals. She sent daily picture and status updates about how our pets were getting along and adjusting which was wonderful and so reassuring. Business-wise, Faith is patient, honest, and an excellent communicator. She also offered to board them relatively last minute (we hadn’t planned our trip so well, lol). Her pricing is so affordable—when I crunched numbers it was about half the price of local well-rated kennels. Our family was so so happy with her service and expertise and whenever we travel again, we will 100% be going to her for pet boarding!

My stubborn shy cats immediately opened up to her and let her pet them the first day she fed them. It usually takes a year for them to defrost. She medicated my older cat and took the time to ask questions to ensure she understood there needs and personalities. I will be using Faith again and again. She’s is a gift.
